The inventor was E.S. Savage and the patent (No. 1,963,001) was granted on June 12, 1934 for a "Whirling Toy". I have taken detailed photos of both sides and then side views rotating it 90 degrees each time, turning it over and repeating the 90 degree views. You can see its age, having scrapes, a dent (last photo), and a slight depression near the outer edge of one of the cutout holes... |
