This auction is for a 1960s-90s vintage SAYCO Tournament model made by L.J. Sayegh in MINT UNUSED CONDITION (# 1218 in Lucky's Guide). Larry Sayco (born L. J. Sayegh) is a legend in the world of yo-yos. A demonstrator for multiple other companies, he started producing his own model in the 60s and manufactured them himself with equipment he designed for his entire life. This yo-yo was acquired directly from Larry in the early 2000s. Unfortunately, Larry passed away earlier this year at the age of 86.
