They called it black but it looks like a really deep purple to me, like the deepest purple ever but not black, see the pictures, to me the pictures are accurate. The Rainbow from Duncan is a unique tin yo-yo which started production in 1934. It has a ton body, inner and outer tin shell and a metal axle. Vintage Duncan tin rainbow yo-yo ,( 1934 ). Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS First Class Package. Very good condition for age there is paint missing also very small amount of rust as seen in pics there are no dents inside colors are very bright and vibrant with no scratches or Rust . This yo-yo still works perfectly,the string has been replaced with a new vintageEgyptian fabric yo-yo string .The Duncan tin rainbow is a very unique model nothing similar has been made since.
