Vintage Plastic Duncan Tournament Yo-Yo 1939/early 40's - HTF. These were Duncan's first attempt at plastic yoyo production, because of the experimental use of braking ( sleeves ) these yoyo's did not return well, this reflected in lousy sales and a short production run, making them very difficult to find.Â
